• Store mantel in a DRY, CLIMATE CONTROLLED space, away from rain or other precipitation
• DO NOT leave mantel wrapped; it could mold.
• DO NOT lay mantel on the floor without propping it up on bricks, stone, or something else that is resistant to moisture and temperature changes – MANTEL NEEDS TO BREATHE!!!
• DO NOT use furniture polish on your mantel
